Those applying as exchange students to the School of Business Administration of Meiji University must meet the following requirements and must also obtain approval by the faculty meeting.
1. Enrollment at the home university for at least two semesters
2. Communicative ability in English or in Japanese
-Non-native English speakers must have:
1) a TOEFL iBT score of 80 or higher, or a band score of 4.0 or higher under the new TOEFL iBT scoring system effective from January 21, 2026
2) an IELTS score of 6.0 or higher
-Applicants who wish to take classes taught in Japanese must have JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) level N1-N4.
3. GPA 2.3 or higher*
4. Eligibility under the interfaculty exchange agreements between partner institutions and the School of Business Administration, Meiji University
