Application Procedures and Deadlines (School of Business Administration)

Exchange Student Program

International students who wish to study as an exchange student must be nominated by your home institution.
Prior nomination by your home institution coordinator is a must!

Please e-mail the following information to SBA Meiji by the following date.
*Full name of student
*Email adress
*Exchange term(Fall, Spring or FULL Semester)

DEADLINE for Spring Semester: ~The middle of September 
DEADLINE for Fall Semester: ~The middle of February 

To be addmitted as an exchange student, applicants must submit the follwing documents to SBA Meiji.
Please be sure that we do not accept any documents with deficiencies.

*Application Form (must have your coordinator signed)
*Study Plan
*Academic Transcript (the most recent academic year or semester / written in English or Japanese) 
*A Letter of Recommendation (written in English or Japanese)
*Certificate of Health (Must be completed by a doctor.)
*Housing Request Form
*Financial Support Evidence
*Application for CoE
*Three Identical Color Photographs (3cm×4cm)
*Passport Copy

DEADLINE for Spring Semester: ~October 15th
DEADLINE for Fall Semester:  ~March 10th
We will not accept any applications after the deadline.

The international exchange comittee of the School of Business Administration will review the application documents to determine the eligibilities of candidates. An official "Letter of Acceptance" will be sent to successful applicants via your home institution.
