Exchange Student Program

STEP1

If you wish to apply for an exchange student program at SBA Meiji, your home institution has to have a partnership with us. 

STEP2
SBA Meiji will send application documents to our partnership universities. 
To be addmitted as an exchange student, applicants must submit all documents to SBA Meiji.
Please be sure that we do not accept any documents with deficiencies.

*Checklist
*Application Form (must have your coordinator signed)
*Study Plan
*Academic Transcript (the most recent academic year or semester / written in English or Japanese) 
*A Letter of Recommendation (written in English or Japanese)
*Certificate of Health (Must be completed by a doctor.)
*Housing Request Form
*Financial Support Evidence(English or Japanese)
*Application for CoE(Must be sent by email as well)
*Three Identical Color Photographs (3cm×4cm)
*Passport Copy

Requirement

DEADLINE for Spring Semester: ~October 10th
DEADLINE for Fall Semester:  ~March 10th
All documents should be mailed.  We will not accept any applications after the deadline.

STEP3
The international exchange comittee of the School of Business Administration will review the application documents to determine the eligibilities of candidates. An official "Letter of Acceptance" will be sent to successful applicants via your home institution.
