Application Procedures and Deadlines (School of Business Administration)

Exchange Student Program

STEP 1
International students who wish to study as an exchange student must be nominated by your home institution.
Prior nomination by your home institution coordinator is a must!

Please e-mail the following information to SBA Meiji by the following date.
*Full name of student
*Sex
*Exchange term(Fall, Spring or FULL Semester)

DEADLINE for Spring Semester: ~October 15th
DEADLINE for Fall Semester: ~March 15th

 
STEP2
To be addmitted as an exchange student, applicants must submit the follwing documents to SBA Meiji.
Please be sure that we do not accept any documents with deficiencies.

*Checklist
*Application Form (must have your coordinator signed)
*Study Plan
*Financial Support Evidence
*Application for CoE
*Housing Request Form

DEADLINE for Spring Semester:~October 15th
DEADLINE for Fall Semester: ~March 15th
We will not accept any applications after the deadline.

 
STEP3
The international exchange comittee of the School of Business Administration will review the application documents to determine the eligibilities of candidates. An official "Letter of Acceptance" will be sent to successful applicants via your home institution.
