学内診療所

【お知らせ】GW期間中の診療所開室日について
開室日については、各キャンパス診療所のHPで最新情報を確認をしてください。

学内診療所では新型コロナウイルス関連を含めた諸々の検査は出来ません。
医師が判断した場合には、外部医療機関にて受診をお願いする場合があります。
なお、学内診療所では院外処方箋の発行はしておりません。
※学内で処方された薬の情報はマイナンバーでは確認することができません。
薬袋には薬剤名が記載されていますので、自分自身で管理してください。

※受付時間帯：月曜日～金曜日9:30~12:00 /13:30~16:30
（土曜日は看護職による健康相談となります。）

If any medical tests are needed, you may be referred to another medical institution. We connot perform any 
medical tests.

In addition, we do not issue out-of -hospital prescriptions. 

Open hours: Monday to Friday 9:30～12:00/ 13:30～16:30
Saturday 9:00~12:30 (Unavailable for Doctors. Consultation with Nurses only.)
