Dear Students of the Graduate School of Governance Studies,
This is to inform you that the following measures are taken at the central library until the end of March.
- Open hours: 10am to 5pm (library books should be borrowed by 4:30pm)
- Library usage: Students can only enter the first floor, just for the purpose of borrowing books. Please search the book you would like to borrow by using the OPAC system and ask the reference counter.
- Until further notice, students will only be able to enter the first floor. Students cannot access any other floors of the library.
- The library will be closed for Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
