新入生向けイベント / Welcome Event for New International Students

【2026年2月27日】歓迎会の参加受付を開始しました！ [February 27, 2026] Registration for the welcome party has been started!



国際教育事務室では、新入留学生のみなさんのご入学を歓迎して、ウェルカムイベントを開催します。
授業が始まる前に、これから一緒に過ごす仲間と出会い、新しい友達をつくれる絶好の機会です。
一人での参加も大歓迎です！一緒に明治大学での学生生活を楽しくスタートさせましょう！ 

The International Student Office is excited to host a welcome event to celebrate your arrival.
This is a great opportunity to connect with your future classmates and make new friends before the classes begin.
Individuals are more than welcome to join! Come meet other students and get your university life off to a wonderful start!

・日時：2026年4月9日（木）17:00-19:30 
・場所：駿河台キャンパス　アカデミーコモン２階
・プログラム：
＜第一部＞ 17:00-18:00　学生団体による交流プログラム
＜第二部＞ 18:20-19:30  ウェルカムパーティー（ビュッフェ形式、ベジタリアンメニュー有）
・参加者：新入外国人留学生（交換留学生含む）、学生交流団体　等
・参加登録：会場準備の都合上、以下のリンクから、必ず事前登録をしてください。
 
-Date and Time: April 9th (Thu.) 2026  17:00-19:30 
-Venue: 2nd floor of the Academy Common Building, SURUGADAI Campus
-Program: 
＜Part 1＞ 17:00-18:00 Exchange program with other international students and student exchange groups
＜Part 2＞ 18:20-19:30 Welcome party, Buffet style, Vegetarian foods are available
-Participants: New International Students (including exchange students), Student exchange group 
-Registration: Those who wish to attend need to pre-register for the event in order to prepare the venue from the link below.
