中国国内の教育機関を卒業見込・修了見込の志願者の方へ／For applicants who are expected to graduate from a university in China

理工学研究科の入学試験募集要項の公開後、中国学籍・学歴認証センター「CHSI（中国高等教育学生信息网）」の取り扱いが変更されました。その結果、本研究科が出願時に提出を求めている「学位取得見込証明書」について、中国国内から本研究科への直送手続きができない状況となりました。

そのため、本研究科を志願する中国国内の教育機関を卒業見込・修了見込の方は、代替として、以下の対応をお願いいたします。
（１）
在籍大学・大学院が発行する「学位取得見込証明書（英文または中文）」の原本を他の出願書類と同封して提出してください。
Please submit the original “Certificate of Degree（Expected）” in English or Chinese issued by the university where you are enrolled, along with other application documents.
（３）
申請が完了したら、理工学研究科のメールアドレス（sst@mics.meiji.ac.jp）まで、「申請日」を連絡してください。
The rules of CHSI have been changed since the release of the [Application Guideline for 2026 April Intake for International Students].
As a result, the “Certificate of Degree（Expected）” that the Graduate School of Meiji University requires to be submitted at the time of application cannot be sent DIRECTLY to the Graduate School of Meiji University (sst@mics.meiji.ac.jp) from within China.

そのため、本研究科を志願する中国国内の教育機関を卒業見込・修了見込の方は、代替として、以下の対応をお願いいたします。
Therefore, applicants who are expected to graduate from a university in China should follow the procedures below as an alternative measure.
（１）
在籍大学・大学院が発行する「学位取得見込証明書（英文または中文）」の原本を他の出願書類と同封して提出してください。
Please submit the original “Certificate of Degree（Expected）” in English or Chinese issued by the university where you are enrolled, along with other application documents.

学位取得後、 次のいずれかの電子認証報告メールが、CHSIから明治大学大学院に直接送信されるように申し込んでください。

CHSIから直接本研究科（sst@mics.meiji.ac.jp）に届くメールに限り有効です。出願者本人が受領し、本学へ転送した認証書は無効とします。

After degree completion, submit either of the following certificate issued. (either in English or in Chinese)
Make sure to apply so that the verification reports will be sent DIRECTLY from CHSI to the Graduate School of Meiji University (sst@mics.meiji.ac.jp).

なお、すでに卒業・修了されている志願者の方につきましては、募集要項記載の通り、出願手続きを行ってください。
