グローバル経営人材の育成を目指す経営学部では、英語4技能の１つである「書く」英語力の向上を目的として、2015年度より「英語ライティングコンテスト」※を開始しました。
（※2017年度より、英語エッセイコンテストから英語ライティングコンテストへ名称を変更いたしました。）
本コンテストは、テーマについて記述した800語程度の英語エッセイの中で、構想力、論理展開、リサーチスキル、十分かつ簡潔な英語表現力を競います。
今年度の英語ライティングコンテストのテーマは以下の通りです。
"The future of online communication:
The introduction of online classes and business meetings as a way to stay safe during the pandemic has provided us with an opportunity to evaluate the usefulness or otherwise of online communication from Zoom to social media. Discuss way in which online communication technology might offer benefits or challenges to business or other organizations in the future."
